Mamado International Returns Policy
At Mamado International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unused and in its original and undamaged product packaging
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Have an accompanying Return Authorisation
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
3. Return Process

- We’ll provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) and return instructions
- Package the item securely and include the RA form
- Ship the item to the address provided
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item/s for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above within 14 days and place a new order for the replacement item/s. As the exchange is not due to the item being damaged or defective you will be responsible for the return shipping.
